Role: Lead the development and execution of KOL engagement, medical education, and congress strategies for Bristol Myers Squibb's Alzheimer's Disease Psychosis (ADP) program, supporting its potential first-in-class treatment launch. Responsibilities: build and manage relationships with thought leaders across psychiatry, neurology, geriatrics, and primary care; plan and oversee KOL programs, congress presence, and scientific communications; and coordinate medical education initiatives aligned with the brand strategy. Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Regulatory teams to ensure compliant, impactful external engagement. Qualifications: BA/BS required; life sciences degree preferred; 8+ years in pharma/biotech, with experience in professional promotion, KOL management, medical education, and congress planning, ideally in neuroscience, psychiatry, geriatrics, or Alzheimer’s disease. Proven success in launching or supporting new products, with strong relationship-building and program management skills. High-Value: focus on neuropsychiatric/neurodegenerative diseases, early development or launch phases, complex multi-specialty engagement, and compliance-driven promotional activities. Work setup: hybrid or remote; approximately 25% domestic travel to congresses, KOL meetings, and field events.
