Work arrangement: Flexibility to work away from the office for 20%โ€“40% of a typical schedule (single or consecutive days), not exceeding 40% within a 60-day period, approved by hiring manager.

Responsibilities:
- Own HCP experience and strategy for gynecologic oncology (Gyn-Onc), including brandโ€™s first launch and subsequent launches.
- Serve as brand team expert on evolving HCP/institution/key account platforms and opportunities.
- Lead a team of HCP marketers.
- Establish and execute brand strategy; integrate professional promotional strategies into the product brand plan.
- Manage tactical plans and develop related content to drive brand goals.
- Provide input into HCP/key account institution profiles, targeting, and segmentation.
- Partner with Gyn-Onc Consumer Marketing and Digital Marketing to develop and implement cohesive campaigns, creative, positioning, and messaging.
- Translate primary/secondary data into insight-driven decisions and actionable strategies.
- Track and report KPIs; represent the brand in Medical/Legal/Regulatory review meetings for launch readiness.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams; lead through agency partners.
- Drive engagement and partnerships with professional societies and marketing advisory boards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables aligned to launch readiness.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required; Masterโ€™s preferred.
- 10+ years progressive oncology marketing; brand launch experience required (Gyn-Onc preferred).
- Deep HCP and key account/GPO marketing knowledge in pharma/biotech; recent solid tumor and/or gynecologic oncology launch experience (ADC/IO/targeted/personalized medicine).
- Experience in emerging/complex organizations; cross-functional, multi-project ability; thrives in ambiguity.
- Strong communication/presentation skills; travel up to 25%.
- Startup/emerging pharma/new team experience desired.
