Role Summary:
Director, HCP Marketing - DMD leads the development and execution of HCP-focused strategies and engagement programs to support successful market entry and long-term adoption for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). Based in Waltham, MA.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Own DMD HCP strategy and execution (pre-launch through launch and beyond); develop and deliver annual HCP plan aligned with brand strategy.
- Define HCP segmentation and map priority behaviors; create sequenced engagement strategies with coordinated messaging and channel optimization.
- Translate clinical data/label into compliant HCP message strategy and content priorities; provide input into evidence generation priorities.
- Own omnichannel HCP engagement strategy (personal and non-personal promotion); partner with omnichannel/analytics teams; build closed-loop models to test/learn and refine journeys.
- Ensure digital engagement creates actionable signals for next-best actions across digital and field channels.
- Serve as core US Marketing Team member; partner with Medical/Scientific Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance.
- Provide input on competitive readiness and scenario planning.
- Lead peer-to-peer education and KOL engagement (congresses, advisory boards, speaker programs); support field execution and capture insights.
- Own end-to-end commercial congress strategy for priority meetings (objectives, messaging, content/booth, field readiness, and integrated engagement plans).
- Serve as analytically rigorous HCP marketing lead; develop/deploy high-performing compliant content (using AI-enabled workflows where appropriate).
- Drive PRC execution for HCP materials and ensure regulatory/privacy/company policy compliance.

Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor’s required; MBA or MPH preferred.
- 10+ years pharma/biotech marketing; 5+ years US HCP Marketing.
- Launch-phase HCP marketing success (specialty/rare disease).
- Neurology/neuromuscular/rare disease/accelerated approval experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to translate complex science into compelling compliant messaging.
- Strategic mindset + hands-on execution; cross-functional leadership in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication/influence/stakeholder management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; comfort building in first-launch environments.
- Emerging tech and AI-enabled solutions; travel up to 30%.

MA Pay Range: $188,000 - $240,000 USD.
