Role Summary
- Lead the development and execution of HCP-focused strategies and initiatives for care providers treating Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) from pre-launch through launch and beyond, driving impactful HCP engagement programs and long-term adoption.
- Based in Waltham, MA.
Primary Responsibilities Include
- HCP Strategy & Launch Execution: Own HCP strategy and annual HCP plan; define HCP segmentation and adoption-stage behaviors; translate clinical data/label into compliant HCP message strategy and content priorities; provide input into evidence generation priorities.
- Omnichannel Activation: Own omnichannel engagement strategy across personal/non-personal promotion; build closed-loop models to test/learn and refine journeys; ensure digital engagement generates signals to drive next best actions across digital and field channels.
- Cross Functional Leadership: Partner with Medical & Scientific Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance; support competitive readiness and scenario planning.
- HCP Education, KOL/Peer-to-Peer, and Congress: Lead peer-to-peer education; support field execution of peer-to-peer/KOL engagement; own end-to-end congress strategy (objectives, messaging, content/booth, field readiness, integrated plans).
- Insights, Analytics, and Operational Excellence: Partner to translate insights into actions; leverage AI-enabled workflows while maintaining compliance; drive PRC execution for HCP materials and regulatory/privacy compliance.
Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree required; MBA/MPH preferred.
- 10+ years pharma/biotech marketing; 5+ years US HCP Marketing.
- Launch-phase HCP marketing success in specialty/rare disease; neurology/neuromuscular/rare disease or accelerated approval experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to translate complex science into compelling, compliant messaging; strategic mindset with hands-on execution; cross-functional experience.
- Strong communication/influence; entrepreneurial mindset; early adopter of emerging technologies; comfortable piloting AI-enabled solutions.
- Travel up to 30% as needed.
