Role: Director, HCP Marketing – DM1 (based in Waltham, MA)

Primary Responsibilities
- Own DM1 HCP strategy and execution from pre-launch through launch and beyond; develop and deliver annual HCP plan aligned with Brand Strategy.
- Define HCP segmentation and map priority behaviors across adoption stages; create sequenced engagement journeys via coordinated messaging and channel optimization.
- Translate clinical data/label into compliant HCP message strategy and content priorities; provide input to evidence generation priorities.
- Own HCP omnichannel engagement strategy (personal and non-personal promotion); execute and optimize across disease-state and branded initiatives.
- Build closed-loop deployment models to test/learn which messages and channels resonate; refine journeys.
- Ensure digital engagement generates actionable signals driving next-best actions across digital and field channels.
- Serve on US Marketing Team; partner with Medical/Scientific Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance.
- Provide competitive readiness and scenario planning input.
- Lead peer-to-peer education strategy/execution; support field execution for KOL engagement (congresses, advisory boards, speaker programs).
- Own end-to-end commercial congress strategy (objectives, messaging, content/booth, field readiness, integrated pre/during/post plans).
- Lead insights/analytics efforts; deploy high-performing, compliant content (leveraging AI-enabled workflows as appropriate).
- Drive PRC execution for HCP materials; ensure regulatory, privacy, and policy compliance.

Experience & Skills Requirements
- Bachelor’s required; MBA/MPH preferred.
- 10+ years pharma/biotech marketing; 5+ years US HCP Marketing.
- Proven launch-phase HCP marketing success (specialty/rare disease).
- Strong understanding/experience in neurology/neuromuscular/rare disease/accelerated approval (preferred).
- Translate complex science into compelling, compliant messaging.
- Strategic and hands-on execution; cross-functional leadership in fast pace.
- Strong communication/influence/stakeholder management; entrepreneurial first-launch mindset.
- Comfortable piloting AI-enabled solutions.
- Travel up to 30%.

Pay Range
- $188,000–$240,000 USD
