Role Summary
- Leads development and execution of HCP-focused strategies and initiatives for Myotonic Dystrophy (DM1) to support market entry and long-term adoption (Waltham, MA).

Primary Responsibilities
- Own DM1 HCP strategy and execution (pre-launch through launch and beyond); develop and deliver annual HCP plan aligned to brand strategy.
- Define HCP segmentation; map adoption-stage behaviors; create sequenced, omnichannel engagement strategies.
- Translate clinical data/label into compliant HCP message strategy and content priorities; inform evidence generation priorities.
- Own HCP omnichannel engagement across personal and non-personal promotion; build closed-loop models to test/learn and refine journeys.
- Ensure digital engagement creates actionable signals for next-best actions in coordination with field teams.
- Serve on the US Marketing Team; partner with Medical/Scientific Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance.
- Provide competitive readiness and scenario planning input to improve HCP performance.
- Lead peer-to-peer education strategy; support field managers for peer-to-peer/KOL engagement; own end-to-end commercial congress strategy.
- Lead insights/analytics use; develop high-performing compliant content (leveraging AI-enabled workflows as appropriate).
- Drive PRC execution for HCP materials and ensure regulatory/privacy/company policy compliance.

Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor’s required; MBA/MPH preferred.
- 10+ years pharma/biotech marketing; 5+ years US HCP Marketing.
- Success in launch-phase HCP marketing for specialty/rare disease.
- Neurology/neuromuscular/rare disease/accelerated approval experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to translate complex science into compelling compliant messaging.
- Strong strategy + hands-on execution; cross-functional leadership in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication/influence/stakeholder management.
- Entrepreneurial, first-launch mindset; curiosity for emerging tech/AI-enabled solutions.
- Travel up to 30%.

Compensation
- MA pay range: $188,000–$240,000 USD.
