Position Summary
Director, HCP Marketing leads strategy and execution of healthcare provider–focused marketing to drive brand performance and commercialization. Owns HCP brand strategy, messaging, and integrated multi-channel plans across field sales, peer-to-peer, digital, and non-personal channels. Translates clinical data, market insights, and competitive intelligence into actionable strategies; partners with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, and Consumer Marketing to ensure alignment and field impact.

Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic leader and hands-on contributor within HCP marketing/brand team.
- Lead cross-functional brand planning and align Commercial, Medical, and Market Access stakeholders.
- Translate clinical data, market research, and competitive insights into commercial strategy.
- Lead peer-to-peer marketing strategy and execution.
- Partner with Sales, Training, and Market Access to optimize promotional materials and field effectiveness.
- Own KOL strategy; build external relationships and lead advisory board execution (with Medical).
- Oversee congress strategy, exhibits, and key marketing-led external engagements.
- Lead HCP media and digital strategy; measure performance; optimize impact; manage agencies and HCP marketing budget while ensuring MLR compliance.
- Lead brand strategy/message evolution and development of promotional materials across channels.

Education/Experience/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
- 10+ years pharma/biotech marketing, including 8+ years progressively responsible experience.
- 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong biopharmaceutical brand management and multi-channel tactical expertise.
- Experience interfacing with Medical Affairs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; negotiation/influencing skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.

Compensation
- Eligible for discretionary bonus and equity awards (amount varies by experience, performance, and location).

Salary Range
- $198,600—$248,200 USD
