Role: Director of Hardware Program Integration for MR Engineering, leading end-to-end hardware system integration for MR medical imaging platforms to support NPI and IB programs. Responsibilities: define and execute hardware integration strategies, oversee the Hardware Program Integration team, ensure portfolio quality, cost, schedule, and risk management; lead Advanced Test Equipment (ATE) development; collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, regulatory, and product management; drive innovation, standard work adoption, and operational excellence; mentor staff and manage resource allocation. Requirements: Bachelor's in engineering or STEM; 10+ years in hardware product design and development; 3+ years in program management or technical leadership; experience in hardware integration, global teams, and cross-functional collaboration; strong communication and stakeholder influence skills; self-motivated with Agile and Lean methodologies expertise. Preferred: Master's or PhD in engineering; 5+ years hardware-specific hands-on experience; proven track record of managing multiple projects in fast-paced global settings; ability to mentor teams and deliver results across organizational boundaries.
