Key Responsibilities:
- Support HIV pricing, reimbursement, and access across ICR markets.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver global value and access strategies and execute launch plans for the HIV franchise (Treatment and PrEP).
- Adapt and execute GV&A strategies and launch plans with ICR market teams to optimize access, reimbursement, and uptake aligned to local needs.
- Develop and implement awareness of unmet needs, HIV product value propositions, and health economic tools for value demonstration and differentiation.
- Lead implementation of new capabilities (Value Strategy & Realization) tailored to local requirements; manage payer objections and negotiation to support successful launch execution.
- Support V&A stakeholder engagement plans across ICR market affiliates; develop objectives and tools to monitor activities and KPIs.
- Support payer research/insights generation (as needed) to understand value perception, V&A trends, value drivers, and value messages.
- Provide ICR market perspective and champion local needs into development of GV&A strategies and materials.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s + 12 years’ experience OR Master’s + 10 years’ experience OR PhD + 8 years’ experience.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Regional/country market access and launch planning/execution (ICR experience preferred).
- HIV disease area knowledge; strong payer environment understanding (HTA, pricing/reimbursement, contracting/negotiation, policy development).
- Experience developing V&A strategies and dossier submissions (value messages, HEOR models/tools).
- Ability to lead/influence in a matrix environment; skilled facilitator/communicator/strategic thinker; manage multiple stakeholders; learning agility and operational excellence.

Compensation/Benefits (if applicable):
- Salary range: $226,185.00–$292,710.00; may include discretionary bonus, stock-based incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
