Director, Global Technical Services

Role: Director, Global Technical Services - Respiratory, leading technical management of externally manufactured respiratory products and key brands. Responsibilities: oversee tech transfer projects aligned with commercial launches, enhance manufacturing robustness and cost competitiveness, support vendor performance, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and service targets. Manage contract manufacturing partners, evaluate technical performance, and lead troubleshooting, CAPA, and process improvements. Develop technical expertise and support innovation in GMP manufacturing, including process optimization and new technology integration. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related science; extensive experience in pharmaceutical development and GMP manufacturing, preferably respiratory; background in OINDP, parenteral, vaccine, or drug/device combos; strong project management, statistical analysis, and stakeholder communication skills; proven leadership in matrix teams.
