Director, Global Supply Chain – Operational Excellence (LEAN)

Role: Director of Operational Excellence leading process improvement and operational efficiency across Supply Chain, External Manufacturing, and Technical Operations in a biopharma manufacturing context. Responsibilities: develop and execute OE strategies, drive transformational initiatives, embed continuous improvement culture, optimize processes using Lean Six Sigma, and enhance external supplier performance through KPI management and collaboration. Develop visual management systems, lead change management, and build organizational capabilities through training and coaching. Requirements: Bachelor's in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related; 8-10 years in regulated healthcare/pharma manufacturing or supply chain, with at least 5-10 years in operational excellence roles; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; strong understanding of cGMP, regulatory compliance, and external manufacturing.
