Director, Global Supply Chain Excellence & Digital Enablement Lead

Role: Lead supply chain operational excellence and digital enablement at Madrigal Pharmaceuticals, focusing on standardizing processes, improving execution, and embedding continuous improvement across global teams. Responsibilities: develop and sustain SOPs, templates, and performance routines; partner with IT and analytics to automate workflows, enhance dashboards, and track adoption; establish KPI routines, build capabilities in problem-solving, and develop performance management frameworks. Qualifications: BS in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; 12–15 years of experience in supply chain excellence or CI roles, with a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements and sustaining adoption. Preferred: Lean/Six Sigma certification, familiarity with ERP/APS/WMS/TMS systems, and experience in regulated pharmaceutical or biotech operations. High-Value: emphasis on operational excellence in a regulated biopharma context, with a focus on digital tools, process standardization, and performance measurement to support manufacturing and supply chain functions.
