Role Overview
The Director, Global Strategy Lead will lead enterprise transformation initiatives across the organization, integrating Strategy and Lean methodologies to drive sustainable business impact. Responsibilities include establishing portfolio management, continuous improvement, and strategic execution aligned with company priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead enterprise strategic planning and Lean continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute a standardized framework to manage transformation initiatives and ensure alignment with strategy and priorities.
- Own and actively manage the enterprise portfolio of strategic and operational initiatives (prioritization, resource alignment, execution discipline).
- Partner with executive leadership to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps with milestones, KPIs, and accountability.
- Translate commercial strategy into executable initiatives with KPIs, timelines, and accountability.
- Partner with CI team to ensure flow of information with business on strategic imperatives.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Customer Experience to drive execution excellence.
- Drive implementation of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement across functions to improve efficiency, quality, and performance.
- Build and maintain executive dashboards/reporting for visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Lead portfolio reviews with senior leadership to assess progress, reprioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to remove barriers and accelerate decisions.
- Champion accountability, performance management, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure sustainability via standardization, capability building, and change management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science required; MBA/advanced degree preferred; Pharma/Biotech background essential.
- 10+ years’ experience in transformation/strategy/operational excellence.
- Enterprise-wide transformation experience in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong strategic execution.
- Lean expertise (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Daily Management); DBS or similar performance/Lean systems strongly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, facilitation, influencing, analytical/problem-solving, and executive communication.
- Strong change management and organizational development experience.
