Director, Global Strategic Marketing – Cardiac Imaging & Structural Heart (MedTech, Structural Heart)

Key Responsibilities
- Own the multi-year global portfolio and business plan (including 5-year roadmap, R&D alignment, and M&A input) for Structural Heart imaging products to drive growth in interventional cardiology.
- Define procedural roadmaps and playbooks (e.g., TEE→ICE conversion), remove adoption barriers, and shape the imaging role within the Heart Team and cath-lab workflow.
- Lead product and technology strategy across hardware, catheters, software and AI; prioritize pipeline investments, translate clinical needs into requirements, and partner with R&D to deliver next-generation solutions.
- Create value propositions, segmentation, pricing and global/regional launch plans; drive market-focused demand generation and adoption strategies.
- Own evidence generation and clinical claims strategy; integrate clinical input into product design and translate outcomes into economic and clinical value messaging for payers and providers.
- Lead cross-organizational execution with Commercial, R&D, Global Education, Program Management, Regional Marketing and Business Development to operationalize strategy and product launches.
- Direct market and competitive intelligence to inform positioning, lifecycle decisions and response plans; monitor disruptive trends and competitor actions.
- Cultivate relationships with interventional cardiologists, surgeons, and imaging specialists to shape the Heart Team dynamic.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field required; M.B.A. highly preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant business experience in Marketing or Sales (or related), ideally with a leading imaging or device company.
- Cardiovascular industry and structural heart clinical knowledge; ability to learn complex technology/clinical applications.
- Clinical depth: understanding of imaging-guided interventions and differences between 4D ICE vs. TEE.
- Digital fluency: experience working with software engineers on AI/ML integration.
- Financial & economic acumen: develop forecasts and articulate ROI of procedural efficiency.
- Ability to manage in a matrix organization; act as an organizational change agent and leader.
- Strong cross-functional partnership with global education, R&D, commercial field leadership, regulatory affairs, clinical affairs, and operations/planning/manufacturing.
- Travel globally up to 30% for customer engagement and major clinical congresses.
