Role Summary
Director of Global Strategic Insights β Neurology will generate strategic insights, define the long-term strategic vision, and shape the commercial strategy for Tevaβs neurology late-stage and inline assets (with a focus on LAI-olanzapine) β translating scientific innovation into long-term brand and business value. You will partner with global product teams, R&D, and regional commercial teams to integrate market research, forecasting, competitive intelligence, and analytics to inform brand and access decisions, optimize launch readiness, and drive long-term growth in a complex and evolving therapeutic landscape. This role can be based in the US, the Netherlands or the UK.
Responsibilities
- Insight Generation: Lead global market research and data integration to guide brand strategy, positioning, access, and investment decisions.
- Forecasting & Planning: Partner with forecasting teams to develop scenario-based forecasts and support brand performance tracking and long-range planning.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and pipeline developments to identify risks and opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Global Product Teams, R&D, and regional commercial teams to ensure strategic alignment across the portfolio.
- Leadership: Serve as Tevaβs neurology market expert and trusted advisor to senior leadership; mentor junior team members and manage external vendors to ensure quality and impact.
Qualifications
- Required: A minimum of 10 years in pharma/biotech commercial functions, including insights, forecasting, or analytics.
- Required: Deep understanding of neurology (e.g., schizophrenia, neurodegeneration, rare neurological disorders).
- Required: Proven ability to influence global, cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Required: Experience supporting global or regional brands, including product launches.
- Required: Strong analytical, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Preferred: Market research or data agency experience.
Education
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's or advanced degree preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Travel: Approximately up to 20% travel to support key meetings and cross-functional planning.
