Role: Lead the development and management of global scientific and value content for oncology products within the Healthcare Professional segment, supporting strategic medical and commercial objectives. Responsibilities: create and adapt the GSVC (Global Scientific and Value Content) platform and annual product/disease plans; develop, review, and approve scientific content including medical letters, congress materials, and digital content; lead cross-functional collaborations with Medical Affairs, Publications, and other teams; mentor junior staff and drive process improvements; coordinate global expert input meetings. Requirements: advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) with 5+ years of medical affairs or related experience, or relevant life sciences degree with 10-12 years of experience; proven leadership, strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills; excellent communication abilities; experience in medical communications within the biopharma industry, preferably in oncology, with knowledge of scientific publication processes and global compliance. Preferred: experience with global medical content development for oncology, understanding of therapeutic landscapes, and cross-geography regulatory familiarity. Work setup: hybrid, with approximately 25% travel.
