Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute multiple studies for an asset; manage timelines, deliverables, and budget.
- Assure quality of deliverables: review/sign off specs, protocols, data analysis plans, final study reports, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts per SOPs.
- Identify resources and analyses to inform study design; advise internal and external experts as needed.
- Translate evidence needs into study concepts aligned to asset strategy; develop innovative, cost-effective study approaches.
- Maintain expertise in real-world data resources, partnerships, and initiatives; serve as point person for selected sources.
- Understand customer needs (including clinicians and HTA requirements) and evidence acceptance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams; participate in best-practice sharing across non-interventional studies.
- Build relationships across medical, market access, R&D, and commercial for cross-functional alignment and communication.
- Provide periodic reporting and updates to key stakeholders.
- Build relationships with external thought leaders and apply appropriate methods per company policies.

Qualifications (Required):
- MSc or equivalent in health outcomes, health economics, epidemiology, pharmacy, health, or life sciences.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical industry experience (preferably multinational).
- Experience planning/delivering projects, managing budgets, and working in matrix settings.
- Designed RWE studies: prospective observational, cross-sectional/retrospective cohort, chart reviews, database analyses.
- Experience using evidence for global HTA submissions and/or reimbursement/medical engagements.
- Proven ability delivering payer evidence; credibility with external experts.
- Expertise in global/relevant healthcare markets, HTA agencies, and reimbursement decision-making.
- Ability to communicate technical/complex results to varied audiences.
- Oncology experience.

Qualifications (Preferred):
- PhD/PharmD or equivalent in Health Economics/Outcomes Research/Epidemiology.
- Experience in global and country oncology roles.
