Role: Director of Global Procurement for External Manufacturing at Regeneron, focusing on CMO services, Drug Substance, and Drug Product procurement. Objectives: develop and execute category strategies, optimize supplier performance, and support revenue and pipeline growth. Responsibilities: lead global procurement teams, translate strategies into sourcing projects, collaborate with senior stakeholders, manage cross-category supplier relationships, and implement technology solutions for efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, 12+ years in procurement, preferably within Pharma/Biotech, with deep knowledge of CMO and manufacturing categories; proven success leading global teams and processes. Preferred: familiarity with sourcing tools (Oracle, Zycus, Ariba). High-Value: extensive experience in pharma/biopharma procurement, external manufacturing, and supplier management; role involves strategic influence with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
