Director, Global Process Owner, Procure to Pay

Role Summary

The Director, Global Process Owner – P2P will lead end-to-end process design across Procurement Operations, Vendor Onboarding, and Accounts Payable, define global process standards, monitor performance, and drive automation/analytics culture. Collaborates with Strategic Sourcing, Accounting and Legal Operations, Compliance, Internal Audit, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure effective process operations and scalable technology-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, implement, and maintain P2P policies and procedures; continuously improve processes to deliver operational excellence
• Assess business requirements, analyze design options, and pursue process simplification and standardization to enable automation
• Own and manage enabling technology roadmap and ensure optimal use of existing systems
• Establish reporting metrics to measure performance, track initiatives, and drive corrective actions; analyze metrics and trends
• Lead a cross-functional team to review and design processes to enhance efficiency
• Set strategy with business leaders, define performance objectives, and facilitate senior-level debriefs with cross-functional leaders
• Lead change management to ensure smooth implementations with minimal disruptions
• Foster innovative solution design and motivate teams to adopt new technologies
• Develop inclusive environments and liaise between senior leaders and process owners
• Maintain appropriate accounting controls; govern policies and governance; drive reporting for MBRs/QBRs
• Plan and implement performance improvement initiatives to address KPI misses

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with 7+ years in senior management; Director-level within a P2P team
• Experience leading global teams
• Operational experience using data analytics and automation in the P2P cycle
• Experience with SAP Ariba, VIM is a plus
• Ability to interact with multiple leadership levels, influence peers and senior management in a global matrix organization
• Self-directed, dynamic, customer-centric change-agent
• Highly collaborative; strong partnerships with business units
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement
• Bachelor‚Äôs Degree required
• Excellent attention to detail
• Business acumen to partner with stakeholders and frame needs in the broader organizational context
