Summary
The Director, Pricing and Market Access Strategy Lead (PASL) – Immunology will shape and drive the Global Market Access (GMAx) strategy for admilparant, a late-stage immunology asset.

Responsibilities
- Lead integrated global market access strategy for admilparant with HEOR, anchored by differentiated payer value propositions.
- Ensure value propositions are supported by robust evidence (interventional, non-interventional, real-world data).
- Lead GMAx input to the Global Product Team; incorporate Market Access into development plans and registrational trial designs with full evidence generation plans.
- Monitor immunology competitive access environment; identify pricing, reimbursement, and policy developments and share implications.
- Embed access/pricing insights into commercialization and brand strategy decisions across US and international markets.
- Partner with HEOR and Regulatory on evidence generation; pursue label/PRO claims maximizing long-term economic value.
- Lead the Global MAx Core Value Team for admilparant.
- Drive end-to-end execution of Market Access projects; align priorities, resolve dependencies, and promote best practices.

Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA and/or post graduate degree desired.
- 5+ years in Global Market Access, Pricing, and/or HEOR (pharma/biotech preferred).
- Deep understanding of evolving global Immunology market access (pricing, reimbursement, approaches).
- Knowledge of product development/commercialization; ability to critique clinical protocols and identify endpoints; launch/commercialization experience desired.
- Strong business/financial acumen; ability to synthesize perspectives into recommendations.
- Proven stakeholder communication to senior leaders; lead cross-functional teams and challenge partners.
- Experience navigating international/cross-cultural matrices; manage multiple priorities in ambiguity.
- Ability to travel internationally.

Compensation & Benefits (if eligible)
- Princeton, NJ: $196,390–$237,982; additional incentive/stock opportunities may apply.
