Position Summary
The Director Global Policy and Business Strategy Integration develops and implements a Global Policy Strategy aligned with business priorities and corporate goals, with direct accountability for Cell Therapy. Integrates Policy & Government Affairs insights into commercial business planning and partners with prioritized markets to advance key policy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate global policy strategy alignment with commercial priorities and enterprise goals for Cell Therapy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (commercial, market access, medical, R&D) to set and execute joint objectives linking policy initiatives to therapeutic/product goals.
- Integrate policy and government affairs insights into business planning; factor insights into product launch plans, market access, lifecycle management, and portfolio prioritization.
- Provide hands-on guidance to key markets on high-priority Cell Therapy projects; adapt strategies to local needs.
- Lead and influence in a global matrix; represent GPGA in senior leadership and Cell Therapy leadership settings.
- Develop and implement Policy Advocacy initiatives with external stakeholders (government bodies, regulatory agencies, industry organizations) to advance business goals.
- Monitor impact via systems, regular reporting, and KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills
- Advanced degree in business/public policy/political science/law or related field.
- 10+ years in public policy/government affairs/marketing/market access/strategy (pharma/healthcare industry preferred).
- Strong leadership/management; consensus building; executive communication and presence.
- In-depth pharma/therapeutic area and business strategy knowledge; strategic thinking; ability to navigate global regulatory/policy/business environments.
- International travel up to 25%.

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting base range (FTE): $206,210–$249,878 (location-dependent); additional incentives possible. Benefits include health coverage, wellbeing support, financial protection, and paid time off (details vary by eligibility).
