Role: Strategic leader overseeing the Global Patient Safety (GPS) Business Office at Regeneron, aligning safety operations with enterprise goals. Responsibilities: drive GPS strategic planning, execution of initiatives like the Global Capabilities Center, resource management, capacity forecasting, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies. Lead governance, talent calibration, and cross-functional collaboration across GPS functions, supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field; 12+ years of pharmacovigilance (PV) planning and operations experience, with industry knowledge of global patient safety processes, regulatory expectations, and governance. Proven leadership in PV operations, stakeholder management, and cross-functional partnership essential.
