Global Marketing Director (Global Oncology Marketing) β Lung Cancers
Responsibilities:
- Provide commercial leadership across product development teams, target product profile development, global regulatory filing strategy, launch readiness reviews, customer interactions, market research, demand, revenue (P&L), forecasting, and business development & licensing.
- Lead commercial input into scientific strategy development and execution; Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) development; global brand strategy and campaigns (scientific narratives, positioning across lung portfolio, key messaging and content).
- Collaborate to develop, plan, and support commercial and enterprise readiness for worldwide product launches and campaigns.
- Collaborate with regions/key markets to develop global tumor-area strategy while supporting local needs.
- Lead/support customer engagement strategies, SL engagement, competitive tracking and assessment, and competitive response planning.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelorβs degree (preferably scientific focus)
- 10+ years pharmaceutical business experience (marketing, sales, market access & pricing, or related)
- Knowledge of healthcare trends, reimbursement, and policy impacts
- Experience leading strategy development and implementation
- Strong business acumen and collaboration/leadership skills; problem solving, analytical, and strong written/verbal communication
- Ability to lead sub-teams and influence without authority in complex markets/organizations
Preferred:
- Advanced degree (MBA/medical degree/doctorate)
- Global and regional/local marketing experience
- Launch and/or Oncology experience
- Experience with TPPs, regulatory filing strategy, launch readiness, P&L, forecasting, BD&L, agency partnerships, and product development teams
