Global Marketing Director (Lung Cancer) β€” Rahway, NJ or Upper Gwynedd, PA (hybrid 3x onsite per week)

Responsibilities:
- Provide commercial leadership across Product Development Teams, TPP development, global regulatory filing strategy, launch readiness reviews, customer interactions, market research, demand/revenue (P&L), forecasting, and Business Development & Licensing.
- Lead commercial input into scientific strategy & execution, including HEOR development and global brand strategy/campaigns (scientific narratives, positioning across the lung portfolio, key messaging/content).
- Collaborate to develop/plan/support commercial and enterprise readiness for worldwide launches and campaigns.
- Partner with regions/key markets to develop global tumor-area strategy while supporting local needs.
- Lead/support customer engagement strategies, SL engagement, and competitive tracking/assessment to inform commercial planning and competitive response planning.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably scientific).
- 10+ years pharmaceutical business experience (marketing, sales, market access & pricing, or related).
- Understanding of healthcare trends, reimbursement, and policy impacts.
- Experience leading strategy development/implementation.
- Strong business acumen, collaboration, leadership, problem solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Ability to articulate messages to leadership; lead sub-teams and influence without authority.

Preferred:
- Advanced degree (MBA/medical/doctorate).
- Global/Regional/Local Marketing experience; launch and/or oncology experience.
- Experience with TPPs, regulatory strategy, launch readiness, P&L, forecasting, BD&L, agency partnership, product development teams.
- Experience leading disease/therapeutic area strategy with finance and business planning for brand and supply forecasts.

Travel: ~15–20% (including some weekends).
