Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global market access strategies for defined indications across the product lifecycle; synthesize payer insights, landscape analysis, and competitive intelligence.
- Lead cross-functional development of payer value propositions (scientific narrative plus global value resources/tools) to support value recognition.
- Partner with Product Development Teams (Clinical, V&I, Regulatory Affairs) to align trial designs and value evidence plans with payer requirements and access objectives.
- Collaborate with Regional Access teams to translate global strategies into actionable regional/country plans, including negotiation strategies and tailored access solutions.
- With Policy/Public Affairs, assess and shape evolving global policies (e.g., HTA evolutions, legislation, international reference pricing/MFN) and adapt strategies to mitigate risk.
- Identify and assess innovative patient access opportunities beyond traditional pathways.
- Provide strategic market access assumptions for business development/licensing assessments on an ad-hoc basis.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Master’s (MBA/MS) or other post-graduate degree preferred in Business, Science, Health Economics, or Public Health.
Required Qualifications/Skills
- 5–8 years market access/pricing/reimbursement experience (country and/or global) or equivalent.
- Experience launching products with multiple indications and navigating access/reimbursement.
- Deep understanding of global healthcare systems, HTA, payer dynamics; strong health economics.
- Strong analytical/financial/business acumen; cross-functional leadership; project management.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred
- Oncology/hematology/cell & gene therapy market access, pricing, and product launch experience.
- Familiarity with complex oncology trial designs.
