Responsibilities
- Lead strategic execution of integrated communications programs for two oncology in-line products, partnering cross-functionally; focus on milestone communications (regulatory approvals, data releases, medical meeting communications).
- Anticipate and prepare communications materials for U.S. and global oncology issues.
- Develop and execute communications strategies aligned with corporate narrative and Global Oncology priorities.
- Create franchise/product communication strategies and materials for regions/subsidiaries; advise on communications issues.
- Serve as liaison to advocacy groups, external experts, and trade/local news media.
- Partner with PR agencies and manage related budgets.
- Manage a direct report supporting the oncology portfolio.

Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience in communications/public relations within pharma or related industry.
- Oncology product communications experience preferred (not required).
- Strong written and oral communications across channels; excellent project management; collaborative/team player; ability to succeed in fast-paced/high-visibility role.
- Budget and agency management experience.
- Proven ability to develop strategic communications plans and execute tactically.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
