Role: Director, Global Medical Neuroscience for Psychiatry and Mood Disorders, leading medical strategy development and execution across the asset lifecycle. Responsibilities: develop and implement strategic medical plans; monitor treatment landscape and incorporate insights into medical strategies; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, R&D, Regulatory, and HEOR; engage externally with thought leaders, clinical researchers, and patient advocacy groups; support scientific presentations and research activities; mentor medical team members; ensure operational and compliance excellence in medical activities such as safety surveillance and publications.
