Role: Director, Global MSL Excellence β€” leads the development and implementation of global Medical Science Liaison (MSL) capabilities to enhance scientific engagement and operational effectiveness across regions. Responsibilities include creating standardized strategies, frameworks, training programs, and digital tools for Field Medical teams; establishing global standards for scientific exchange, insights collection, and compliance; collaborating with cross-functional partners in Medical Strategy, Content, Analytics, and Compliance; and ensuring operational readiness and quality. Qualifications: advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) with 10+ years in biotech/pharma Medical Affairs, including 5+ years in leadership roles focusing on MSL or Field Medical strategy. Proven success in global MSL strategy development, training, insights analytics, and digital enablement. Preferred skills include oncology or precision medicine experience, experience scaling Field Medical organizations, and familiarity with global healthcare systems. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Location: onsite in Redwood City, CA, with a salary range of $177,000-$221,000, plus benefits and equity.
