Role: Director, Global Medical Cardiovascular Medical Product Lead, focusing on the development and execution of medical strategies for a next-generation cardiac myosin inhibitor within BMS's cardiovascular portfolio. Responsibilities include leading global and US medical affairs strategies, providing scientific leadership across cross-functional teams, shaping differentiating narratives for the asset, and managing evidence generation and dissemination plans. The role involves collaborating with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Commercial, and other functions to position the asset effectively, especially in heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) and cardiomyopathy. Qualifications: Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD); 8+ years in pharmaceutical Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, or Medical Strategy, with cardiovascular expertise preferred. Strong understanding of heart failure, cardiomyopathies, evidence generation, and experience supporting asset strategies in early-to-mid development stages are ideal. Skills include strategic planning, scientific data interpretation, external stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural team leadership.
