Director, Global Medical Affairs Technology

Role: Lead the strategy, development, and governance of global Medical Affairs technology platforms, data products, and integrations to enhance scientific engagement, insights, and medical impact. Responsibilities: serve as the primary technology partner for Medical Affairs, overseeing product lifecycle management, defining data strategies, enabling omnichannel scientific communication, and ensuring platform scalability, compliance, and usability; partner with Data & AI, Security, Privacy, and external vendors; monitor adoption, performance, and value realization; govern operations and vendor performance. Requirements: Bachelor's in Information Systems, Data Science, or related; 10+ years in life sciences/medical technology roles, with experience managing enterprise platforms, data governance, and Medical Affairs processes; strong stakeholder management and understanding of regulated environments. Preferred: advanced degree in relevant fields, experience supporting global Medical Affairs functions, familiarity with CRM, digital engagement tools, AI-enabled data products, and multi-region operational knowledge. High-value: focus on RNAi therapeutics, global scope, emphasis on digital transformation, data-led insights, omnichannel engagement, and compliance in regulated biopharma settings.
