Director, Global Medical Affairs, Sjogren’s Disease

Role: Global Medical Director for Sjogren’s Disease within BMS’s Rheumatology medical affairs, leading medical strategy and execution for SjD, including evidence generation and real-world data analysis. Responsibilities: develop and communicate global medical plans, manage budgets, represent medical affairs in cross-functional forums, build relationships with key opinion leaders and external partners, lead data analysis of Phase 3 programs, and oversee medical communication efforts. Requirements: advanced medical/scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD), 5-7+ years in pharma/biopharma, experience in medical evidence generation, immunology/rheumatology, and global medical affairs; strong leadership, communication, and strategic skills.
