Primary Responsibilities
- Portfolio analytics: Lead development of commercial data and insights for Global Influenza portfolio priorities; conceptualize analytics capabilities/tools anchored to marketing and launch frameworks to support decision making (including patient insights and L3 early framework).
- Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with global marketing, DHH, and other cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions and increase commercial rigor across pipeline asset development; serve as Insights & Analytics lead to address key business questions.
- Strategy enablement: Lead Strategic Reviews, Insights squad, Trimester Business Reviews (QBRs), prioritization meetings; synthesize and document trade-off decisions and DHH aspirations for executive audiences via updates to the Book of Work.
- Analytics delivery: Initiate and lead analytics projects using Excel-VBA, PowerBI (or similar) for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization; apply patient modeling techniques (statistical, patient-flow, simulations) for insight generation.

Required Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably science or business-related).
- 8+ years in insights/analytics, strategic planning, advanced analytics, market research, marketing, or related roles in pharma/biotech.
- Strong data-grounded storytelling and communication.
- Ability to translate commercial analytics into actionable insights/recommendations and presentations.
- Deep understanding of real-world data assets and commercial healthcare data ecosystem.
- Experience working in multinational corporations with geographically distributed teams and matrix reporting.
- Relationship-building, problem solving, and influencing; strong cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Experience and Skills
- Advanced degree (e.g., MS, PharmD, PhD).
- Experience with healthcare datasets, insights, and analytics.
- Experience in life sciences or consulting.
- Experience managing a team.
- Deep knowledge of Global Life Sciences Analytics (US/ex-US datasets, market research, forecasting, predictive analytics, competitive intelligence, etc.).
