Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the Market Access strategy for assigned asset(s)/brand(s) aligned with the global brand strategy.
- Provide strategic Market Access leadership at the brand level across forums (asset/brand teams, commercial sub-teams, SPT, and other global strategy teams) and build matrix relationships.
- Shape strategic decisions through input to clinical development and integrated evidence generation plans for US and international markets.
- Lead development of brand value propositions and collaborate with Pricing, HEOR, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Policy to support timely, optimal reimbursement across diverse geographies.
- Drive payer value generation and access strategy planning and implementation for an accelerated path to market.
- Integrate pricing, payer research, health economic, and epidemiology information to develop optimal value strategy.
- Coordinate real-world evidence generation with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and Marketing teams.
- Develop integrated access strategy reflecting macro factors (health care reform, quality metrics, technology assessment), disease-specific factors (clinical profile, segmentation, staging, clinical pathway), and Precision Medicine complexity as needed.
- Partner with Global Pipeline/Early assets Market Access to ensure clinical development captures value to payers, physicians, and patients (patient populations, trial design, relevant endpoints, and study protocol quality).

Qualifications & Required Skills:
- Ph.D., Pharm.D., M.D., or M.Sc. (preferably Epidemiology, Health Economics, Public Health, Health Policy).
- At least 12 years of pharmaceutical industry experience (global/regional/local) focused on Epidemiology, Health Economics, and Payer Access.
- 5+ years reimbursement environment experience for key international markets; preferably Market Access Lead with intense payer negotiation experience.
- Experience in multiple therapy areas, including Oncology.
- On-site presence: 4 days per week.
