About The Job

Tolebrutinib, one of Sanofi’s priority assets and a key pillar of the Neurology Franchise, is the first brain-penetrant, bio-active Bruton’s tyrosine kinase inhibitor in multiple sclerosis (MS), with the broadest pivotal program ever, spanning the entire spectrum of MS. Supported by phase 3 results, tolebrutinib may change the practice of medicine in MS by offering a unique approach to controlling disability accumulation.

The FDA has granted Breakthrough Therapy designation for tolebrutinib in nrSPMS. Regulatory filing is underway, with submission to the FDA and EMA completed earlier this year, and more to come over the next months.

The PERSEUS phase 3 study in primary progressive MS (PPMS) patients is ongoing, with data expected in H2 2025.

The Global Market Access & Pricing Director for tolebrutinib will be part of the Global Market Access and Pricing Neurology Team and contribute to the global pricing and access strategy of tolebrutinib across its MS indications, with focus on indication expansion to PPMS, as well as support the end-to-end execution of the strategy.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring a strong cross-functional approach with all key business partners (Commercial, Medical, Clinical, Biostats, Regulatory Affairs, Public Affairs...), Market Access (HEVA, CoE) and countries.
