Responsibilities:
- Define and drive integrated Global Market Access (GMAx) and Pricing strategy for one or more Pumitamig therapeutic areas across late-stage development, launch, and lifecycle.
- Shape global price corridors/access archetypes/pricing assumptions; ensure alignment via pricing governance and alliance/joint forums; enable first worldwide price negotiations.
- Lead payer perspective integration into development and commercial strategy; optimize registrational trial designs through governance (e.g., DEX) and ensure evidence generation plans meet evolving payer/HTA needs.
- Collaborate across Pricing, HEOR, and regional/local access teams to assess opportunities balancing speed to access, value sustainability, pricing discipline, and franchise considerations.
- Lead Global Market Access Core Value/Value Strategy teams; set strategic direction, prioritization, and execution.
- Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Business Insights & Analytics, and regions to monitor external environment and adapt strategy across the asset lifecycle.
- Lead/influence in a matrixed, alliance environment with BioNTech; drive trust-based collaboration and aligned execution.

Qualifications (required unless noted):
- Bachelor’s degree (relevant field); advanced degree (PharmD/MD/PhD/MSc/MBA) preferred.
- 8+ years in market access/pricing/HEOR or related healthcare/biopharma roles.
- Deep oncology market access knowledge (pricing, reimbursement, HEOR).
- Strong understanding of drug development/commercialization; payer perspective on clinical evidence; clinical trial design/endpoint evaluation (launch/late-stage preferred).
- Business/financial acumen; ability to synthesize trade-offs into recommendations for senior leaders.
- Proven ability to articulate global access strategy; lead/influence cross-functional matrixed teams.
- Experience in international/multicultural and ideally alliance settings; strong prioritization/execution; comfortable with ambiguity.
- Travel as required.

Benefits/Compensation (as listed): Madison/Giralda NJ and Princeton NJ: $196,390–$237,982 base; additional incentive cash/stock may be available; health, wellbeing, financial protection; paid time off and other time-off benefits as eligible.
