Main Responsibilities
- Partner with Global TA Leads and Teams to develop and deliver a best-in-industry launch strategic plan.
- Inspire, guide, and monitor key affiliates to ensure global markets are prepared to launch.
- Organize Global Brand Team meetings and outputs; coordinate follow-up actions cross-functionally with functional experts.
- Develop and leverage launch insights to optimize launch planning across the asset lifecycle.
- Oversee development and execution of the Sanofi Integrated Launch Capabilities (SILC) framework.
- Influence and improve local launch plans through innovation, efficiency, and stakeholder-focused problem solving.
- Optimize launch plans using benchmarks, capabilities, and launch team structure; drive adoption of best practices across markets.
- Partner with Digital Teams to implement an enhanced digital ecosystem, including AI technologies.
- Optimize launch governance and oversight to drive consistency, simplification, and efficiencies.
- Manage TA interactions with SILC teams and tools.
- Organize and facilitate Launch Readiness Reviews (LRR) across Global and Wave 1 affiliates; track and report launch progress.
- Identify capability needs for global and country teams; define upskilling gaps.
- Lead launch project management activities; manage relationships and resources with hubs.
- Contribute to launch simulations and to internal launch updates, including Executive Launch Committee status reporting.
- Contribute to establishment and tracking of benchmarked pre-launch, launch, and post-launch KPIs; align SILC KPIs with brand KPIs with TA Heads/Indication Leads.
- Embed and share innovative launch practices across therapeutic areas.
- Partner on development of launch curriculum to upskill internal teams on critical go-to-market capabilities.

Qualifications / Requirements
- 8+ years commercialization expertise (commercial/medical), including product launches and complex project management.
- 3+ years leading cross-functional teams.
- 2+ years global experience.
- 2+ years local (in-country) experience.
- Preference: US / major market launch experience.
- Deep understanding of launch excellence drivers, launch readiness framework, and building BIC capabilities.
- Experienced leading large cross-functional matrix teams; able to influence without authority.
- Agile mindset; able to lead change, challenge status quo, and remain persistent and resilient.
- Ability to leverage networks to develop people; coach and provide feedback.
