Global Launch Excellence Lead β€” develop and monitor an integrated global launch plan aligned to asset and brand strategies; facilitate cross-functional engagement (Clinical Development, Global Regulatory Affairs, Global Manufacturing Sciences, Global Communications, Global Medical Affairs) and launch leads (US and International) to ensure an on-time, quality launch. Promote innovation/excellence in global launch processes; champion the Global Launch Excellence community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planning: Support Global Launch Activation Workshops; oversee Launch Team Meetings and Commercial Sub-Team; organize Launch Summits; guide annual goal-setting for the asset.
- Launch Timelines: Manage global launch timelines (critical path tactics); align with GPM and regional launch leads; track detailed SPD functional tactics.
- Risk Management: Identify/mitigate risks; scenario planning; milestone stage gates; manage interdependencies/issues/decisions to senior leadership/governance.
- Integration: Integrate SPD functions and Commercial Sub-Teams; remove barriers to execute launch priorities.
- Reporting/Communication: Establish/track Launch KPIs; manage program status reporting; develop presentations and governance updates.
- Financial Oversight: Partner on brand budget oversight; monitor variances; propose tradeoff options.
- Ways of Working/Culture: Facilitate meetings; team health checks; values-based decisions; support onboarding.
- Continuous Learning: Run After Action Reviews.
- Community/Technology: Develop launch tools/processes/standards; drive process improvement; build/maintain planning & tracking tools.

Qualifications & Skills:
- BA/BS required; Master’s or PMP preferred.
- 12+ years pharma/biotech drug development or commercial roles supporting launch readiness; 5+ years project/program management preferred.
- Proficient MS Office Suite, Teams, and project management software.
- Knowledge of pharma development, regulatory requirements, and commercial launch excellence.
- Exceptional planning/organizational skills; adaptability in fast-paced settings.
- Proactive risk management; strong written/verbal communication and facilitation.
- Ability to drive value-based decisions in cross-functional, cross-cultural global teams.

Preferred:
- Lead cross-functional teams; matrix influence.
- Digital collaboration tools and AI experience; multilingual; global launch experience.

Working Conditions (role-related): fast-paced, travel may be required; flexible hours; minimum in-person days per month.
