Responsibilities:
- Leads HEOR strategy and execution across a multi-asset portfolio, ensuring integrated, evidence-based plans that support global and regional HTA submissions, payer negotiations, and regulatory requirements.
- Provides product leadership for HEOR strategic direction aligned with business goals and cross-functional partners.
- Ensures HEOR book of work integrates with product strategic plans from matrix teams and commercial interests; provides updates and owns/shares project execution decisions.
- Accountable for end-to-end delivery of the HEOR book of work, from strategy development to content pull through.
- Partners with relevant HEOR COE functions to represent a comprehensive HEOR voice in cross-functional meetings.
- Provides executive presence and engages senior leaders in cross-functional settings.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in health economics or related discipline.
- Minimum experience: 7 years with a Masterβs; 5 years with a PhD (fellowship may apply). Professional health training (MD, PharmD, etc.) is a plus.
- Preferred: PhD in Economics, Econometrics, or (pharmaco)epidemiology or related field with 3 years relevant experience; clinical research experience strongly recommended (pharma industry preferred). Experience leading complex products and/or clinical development supporting pipeline and on-market assets.
- Typically 3+ years clinical development experience in pharma, CRO, academia, or health consulting; expert knowledge in a therapeutic specialty.
- Proven cross-functional global leadership; ability to interact internally/externally to support global strategy.
- Ability to direct compliance knowledgeably and expeditiously; develop creative solutions to priority conflicts and resource constraints.
- Extensive knowledge of global regulatory, HTA, and PR&A landscape.
