Role: Lead the commercialization of glycoconjugate drug substances, including polysaccharide activation and conjugation, to ensure successful product launch and lifecycle management. Responsibilities: oversee technical launch planning, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration with Regulatory, CMC, Quality, Supply Chain, and manufacturing teams; build and lead a specialized team; support regulatory filings, process validation, and technology transfer; communicate process science to internal and external stakeholders; and ensure continuous process robustness. Requirements: Ph.D., M.S., or B.S. in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Biochemistry with 10+ to 16+ years of relevant experience; extensive expertise in conjugate vaccine production, especially glycoconjugates; leadership experience in MSAT or process development; strong strategic, organizational, and communication skills.
