Responsibilities:
- Chair Global Integrated Medical Communication Teams (GIMCT) for assigned oncology asset/therapeutic areas to develop Integrated Medical Communication Plans (IMCP), including content, channel, and congress plans/tactics.
- Drive key deliverables: Scientific Communication Platform (SCP), Scientific Narratives, Content and Channel plans, Congress Plans, and associated tactics.
- Partner with therapeutic area medical leaders, global publications, R&D, Global Medical Team (GMT), and priority markets/regions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute innovative tools for internal/external communication (including digital/social medical delivery).
- Ensure timely IMCP deliverables are scientifically accurate, evidence-based, and compliant with relevant regulations, industry guidelines, and ethical standards.
- Align stakeholders and provide IMCP framework/input and engagement planning elements within the asset annual business planning process.
- Lead annual scope of work development with procurement for agency-of-record partners and provide ongoing oversight/feedback.
- Ensure content development follows applicable codes/system requirements (e.g., promotional vs non-promotional information).
- Participate in GenAI initiatives for content creation and personalization.
- Share global best practices; stay current on advancements in scientific communications.

Basic Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in science, medicine, pharmacy, communications, or related field.
- 7+ years in scientific communications/medical content design and delivery (pharma/healthcare).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and strategic communication plans.
- Expertise developing/executing communication tools (digital/social strategies).
- Project management expertise managing multiple projects; meeting deadlines.
- Experience developing and delivering medical training materials.
- Proficiency with digital content tools; strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams site skills.
- Ability to interpret/analyze/organize/present complex data to broad audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree (PhD or PharmD).
- Oncology experience (prostate or lung cancer preferred).
- Local/regional/global medical or R&D experience in the therapeutic area.
- Experience with scientific communication strategies for large global markets (US, UK, EU, China, Japan).

Work arrangement: Hybrid (on-site/remote; exact days to be discussed during hiring).
