Director, Global Commercialization Excellence β Immunology (GCSO / PICS) (located in Raritan, NJ or Horsham, PA).
Key Responsibilities
- Global brand strategy: Partner with DAS teams to create an integrated Global Core Asset Strategy (pre-launch through post-launch); ensure strategies are grounded in differentiated product profiles; apply Marketing Excellence best practices for optimizing and communicating asset potential for milestone investment decisions, long-range planning, and business planning.
- Global launch planning: Collaborate with GCSO teams to build go-to-market approaches for compliant, competitive, and flawless launches; ensure global launch readiness across labeling, launch sequencing, packaging, and naming; champion coordinated global launch plans; prepare teams for Global Launch Readiness reviews.
- Accelerate organizational capabilities: Modernize Marketing Excellence and Launch Excellence approaches for consistent GCSO utilization; expand commercial capabilities within GCSO and with regions to enable winning asset strategy creation and successful product launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree required; postgraduate qualification (PhD, MBA, or other graduate degree) preferred.
- 7+ years of business experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare/relevant industry required.
- 5+ years in-line marketing, market access, marketing insights, consulting, or sales management/training/consulting experience executing marketing strategy required.
- In-line (promotional) marketing with brand responsibility in a specialty therapeutic area preferred.
- Prior Immunology experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to master complexity and integrate insights into strategies and actions.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and cross-geography.
- Global strategic marketing experience with pre-launch product development and commercial launch responsibility preferred.
- Preferred: launch experience, global market access and medical strategy.
- Strong communication skills; ability to work with senior leaders in US, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM required.
- Enterprise mindset; ability to influence without authority required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive decision-making required.
- Travel: up to 15% (including international).
