Key Responsibilities
- Global brand strategy: Partner with DAS teams to create an integrated Global Core Asset Strategy (pre-launch through post-launch) and ensure commercial strategies are grounded in differentiated product profiles; apply Marketing Excellence best practices to optimize and communicate asset potential for planning and milestone investment decisions.
- Global launch planning: Collaborate with GCSO teams to build go-to-market approaches for compliantly competitive and flawless launches; ensure global launch readiness (labeling, launch sequencing, packaging, naming) and support Global Launch Readiness reviews.
- Accelerate organizational capabilities: Modernize Marketing Excellence and Launch Excellence approaches for consistent use across GCSO teams; identify and build commercial capability expansion within GCSO and with regions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree required; postgraduate qualification (PhD, MBA, or other graduate degree) preferred.
- 7+ years business experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare/relevant industry required.
- 5+ years demonstrated in-line marketing, market access, marketing insights, consulting, or sales management/training/consulting experience executing marketing strategy required.
- In-line (promotional) marketing experience with brand responsibility in specialty therapeutic area preferred.
- Prior Immunology experience preferred.
- Ability to integrate insights into strategies and actions; work cross-functionally and cross-geography.
- Global strategic marketing experience with responsibility in pre-launch and commercial launch environments preferred; other preferred: launch experience, global market access, medical strategy.
- Strong communication with senior leaders across US, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM required.
- Enterprise mindset; ability to influence without authority required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive decision-making required.
Required/Additional
- Up to 15% travel (including international).
