Director, Global Commercial Strategy (Neuropsychiatry)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional team through Marketing Excellence framework phases (market mapping, patient journey, positioning) and business planning
- Develop/refine Target Product Profiles (TPPs) with Global Medical Affairs, Global Market Access, and R&D
- Serve as commercial representative for assigned disease areas on cross-functional teams (e.g., CDT, label working groups)
- Partner with Global Commercial Insights to uncover actionable customer insights across the asset lifecycle
- Collaborate with regional teams to develop/execute commercial strategies, tactics, and messaging
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs on scientific narrative, publication plans, and differentiating data generation
- Liaise with Market Access on global reimbursement and approval value propositions
- Lead competitor evaluation initiatives within assigned disease areas

Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree minimum
- 7+ years progressive pharmaceutical industry experience (Neuropsychiatry preferred)
- 5+ years in-line marketing, commercial insights, consulting, or sales management/training executing marketing strategy
- Ability to lead/inspire teams, manage multiple priorities, gain alignment, and drive decision-making in a highly matrixed organization
- Senior brand/product launch responsibility; experience working with global teams; strong pharmaceutical development understanding
- Executive presence; strong verbal/written communication
- Up to 20% domestic and international travel (based in Raritan, NJ)
