Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end commercial strategic planning (scenario planning) for assigned pipeline asset(s) from early development through launch readiness and commercialization.
- Develop target market analysis: treatment paradigms, competitive landscape, unmet need, positioning, and value proposition.
- Drive Target Product Profile (TPP) development/updates with program teams to shape clinical, HEOR, evidence generation, and differentiation priorities.
- Develop and maintain product-specific long-range plans, including opportunity assessments (epidemiology/patient flow, market sizing, pricing assumptions, competitive and access dynamics).
- Monitor pipeline/clinical/regulatory milestones and launches; translate insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Provide strategic direction on market research objectives, designs, and interpretation.
- Integrate stakeholder insights (patients, caregivers, HCPs, payers, etc.) into strategies across markets.
- Partner with Clinical and Medical Affairs to align evidence generation and publication plans to commercialization needs.
- Align global-to-local launch strategy with country teams/partners; lead launch readiness planning.
- Track post-launch performance and refine strategies to optimize launch uptake.
- Lead strategic workstreams/initiatives and prepare executive-level presentations.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (marketing, life sciences, business administration or related); MBA/advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years progressively responsible pharma/biotech experience.
- 5+ years in new product planning/portfolio/commercial strategy.
- Neurology, neuroendocrine, neuromuscular, or rare disease experience a plus.

Key Skills:
- Strategic product planning across early/mid/late-stage; apply learnings to strategy/drug development.
- Translate science and multiple data sources into clear recommendations.
- Strong communication to governance committees/C-suite; lead in matrix environments; cross-functional partnering.
- Ability to challenge status quo, solve problems creatively, and work in fast-paced environments.
- Travel up to 30%.
