As the Director, Global Commercial, BRUKINSA, you will take on a critical leadership role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of the brand. You will be responsible for leading critical global launches and driving the expansion of BRUKINSA’s leadership in CLL/SLL. This role requires strong collaboration with the local markets and cross-functional partners to build an integrated strategy and global execution plan. This position will also lend support to other BRUKINSA workstreams as needed. The role reports to the Executive Director, Global Commercial Lead, BRUKINSA.
Essential Functions Of The Job
- Lead a global commercial launch of BRUKINSA, including global commercial strategy, global promotional materials, and global launch roadmaps for execution
- Support ongoing launch efforts for BRUKINSA tablet, including cross-functional partnership with global supply chain, manufacturing, regulatory, and local market colleagues
- Lead the implementation and execution of global commercial strategies and messages that drive market leadership and value maximization for BRUKINSA across all regions.
- Support global strategic processes, such as the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Global Brand Plan, and Long-Range Planning (LRP), ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market realities
- Support and gain cross-functional alignment on target product profiles (TPPs) to support development and commercialization decisions.
- Drive collaboration with market access, medical affairs, and country-level commercial teams to shape and influence global strategy and optimize the brand’s positioning in a competitive landscape.
- Champion strategic decision-making, leveraging market research, competitive intelligence, and insights to develop proactive strategies that drive brand success.
- Lead global customer and KOL engagement efforts
- Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing/healthcare-related commercial experience. Prior experience and demonstration of success in global marketing roles is required.
- At least three years of experience in hematology and/or highly competitive markets is preferred.
- Strong team player who can incorporate input from key stakeholders and drive alignment.
- Skilled in leading and influencing cross-functional teams, including interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders and with scientific and commercial teams.
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of lifecycle growth strategies.
- Demonstrated experience delivering impactful launch and brand content.
- Strong ability and desire to work across time zones, geographies, and cultures to improve the lives of patients and caregivers.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- At present, this position will not be responsible for management of direct reports. However, it will require agency management, local market collaboration, and significant cross-functional team leadership.
Education Required
Doctorate degree & 4 years of marketing experience or Master’s degree & 6 years of marketing experience or Bachelor’s degree & 8 years of marketing experience
Computer Skills
PC, including MS Office Suite, MS Teams
Travel
At least 20% including international travel
