Director Global Category Manager LCO/Sterile

Role: Director – Category Manager for EXM-Liquid, Creams & Ointments / Sterile, leading category strategy and supplier management for outsourced manufacturing networks. Responsibilities: develop and execute 3-5 year category strategies; oversee sourcing activities, negotiations, and contract alignments; manage supplier performance, market intelligence, and stakeholder engagement; drive value delivery through cost optimization and sourcing improvements; support process and capability development within regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing, particularly in sterile liquids, creams, and ointments. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 10+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or external manufacturing within pharma or regulated industries; experience managing CMO/CDMO collaborations; strong knowledge of sterile product manufacturing and supplier networks; hands-on, execution-oriented approach; excellent stakeholder communication, analytical, and commercial skills. Preferred: advanced degree; familiarity with GxP, clinical, or development stages in pharma.
