Position Summary
- Reporting to the VP of Global Real Estate, Facility Management and Corporate Operations, the Director, Global Business Operations & Capital Project Delivery leads end-to-end portfolio, program, and project delivery across global real estate, facilities management, and capital investment initiatives. Uses data analytics and enterprise insights for strategic decision-making, governance, and performance management for construction, renovations, expansions, and large-scale capital projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise programs and project management across ideation, definition, and execution.
- Establish and oversee project controls (risk, cost, schedule).
- Drive benchmarking and continuous improvement across delivery models.
- Own global engineering standards and standard design platforms; champion innovation in engineering and design.
- Define and lead financial strategy, reporting, and performance management; develop business cases and decision support; oversee partner governance and procure-to-pay.
- Lead change management; direct crisis management and communications to support business continuity and risk mitigation.
- Set/execute data strategy for portfolio analytics; translate insights into actionable intelligence; select/implement/adopt capital program and project management tools.
- Provide leadership across business operations, delivery, business case development, communications/crisis, technology, insights, and analytics.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in facilities management, engineering, business, operations management, or equivalent.
- 10+ years relevant experience (healthcare products highly desired).
- People management experience: 8+ years successfully managing people, including building/developing technical compliance teams.
- 5+ years CRE/Facilities experience preferred; managing multi-country portfolios preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Operations management with background in real estate/facilities and delivering capital projects in complex environments.
- Influence without direct authority; regional collaboration; completion of significant programs; people development.
- Insight-driven problem solving; experience partnering with and socializing strategies with executive leadership; managing geographically dispersed teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Masterโ€™s degree in business, facilities management, engineering, or equivalent.
- Certification in CFM, MCR, and/or SLCR preferred.

Benefits (time off)
- Vacation: 120 hours/year; Sick time: 40 hours/year (CO 48; WA 56); Holiday pay incl. Floating Holidays: 13 days/year.
- Work/Personal/Family Time: up to 40 hours/year; Parental Leave: 480 hours; Bereavement Leave: 240 hours (immediate) and 40 hours (extended)/year; Caregiver Leave: 80 hours (52-week rolling); Volunteer Leave: 32 hours/year; Military Spouse Time-Off: 80 hours/year.
