Position Summary
Reporting to the VP of Global Real Estate, Facility Management and Corporate Operations, the Director, Global Business Operations & Capital Project Delivery leads end-to-end portfolio, program, and project delivery across global real estate, facilities management, and capital investment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise programs and project management from ideation through execution.
- Establish and oversee project controls (risk, cost, schedule).
- Drive benchmarking and continuous improvement across delivery models.
- Own global engineering standards and standard design platforms.
- Lead financial management strategy, reporting, and performance management for capital programs.
- Provide business case development and decision support for investments.
- Oversee partner governance, procure-to-pay, and business operations analysis.
- Lead change management; direct crisis management and communication for business continuity.
- Set and execute data strategy for portfolio analytics and insights; translate insights into actionable intelligence.
- Select, implement, and drive adoption of capital program/project management tools.
- Partner with senior leaders to align delivery with enterprise strategy.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in facilities management, engineering, business, operations management, etc. (or equivalent).
- 10+ years relevant experience (health care products highly desired).
- People management: 8+ years successfully managing people; build/develop technical compliance teams.
- 5+ years CRE/Facilities experience (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications
- Masterโ€™s degree; certification in CFM, MCR, and/or SLCR.

Required Skills / Capabilities
- Ability to influence without authority; regional collaboration; people development.
- Financial discipline and business operations governance; engineering standards/innovation leadership.
- Data-driven decision-making and analytics; manage large geographically dispersed teams.

Travel
- Up to 30% domestically and internationally.
