Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with global oncology market access and pricing teams to frame business questions.
- Develop integrated research/analytics plans and deliver executive-ready, actionable recommendations.
- Translate insights into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
- Lead integrated market access insights across oncology using market research, advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and external data (e.g., Navlin).
- Utilize large language models/agentic AI; develop use cases; integrate primary, secondary, and external data; build ex-US predictive models; ensure scalable/reusable insights.
- Execute access insights framework (descriptive, comparative, predictive, technology-enabled).
- Lead and mentor global cross-functional teams; drive agile delivery and continuous learning.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years delivering complex insight projects in pharma/biotech; at least 5 years market access (global experience preferred).
- 5+ years oncology.
- Strong understanding of global pharma/commercial analytics; oncology access dynamics (US, EU, CN, JP).
- Cross-functional leadership; strong communication/presentation.
- Ability to form hypotheses, structure unstructured problems, and prioritize in matrix environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Masterβs (Public Health/Health Economics/Pharmacy/Business/Statistics/Policy or related).
- Predictive modeling/scenario analysis; experience with Navlin or similar; applying AI/digital tools to insight generation/monitoring.
