Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with global oncology market access/pricing teams to frame key business questions.
- Develop integrated research and analytics plans; deliver actionable, executive-ready insights to senior stakeholders.
- Translate insights into compelling narratives.
- Use primary market research methodologies to generate actionable insights.
Data Integration & Advanced Analytics
- Leverage large language models/agentic AI use case development for stakeholders.
- Integrate primary, secondary, and external data sources (e.g., Navlin).
- Develop ex-US predictive models for pricing, access, and reimbursement scenarios; ensure scalability/reuse.
Leadership
- Lead/mentor cross-functional, global teams; foster innovation and collaboration.
- Support capability building, talent development, and continuous learning.
- Drive agile delivery and high-quality insight generation.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA or Masterβs in related field preferred.
- 8+ years delivering complex pharma/biotech insight projects; 5+ years market access (global preferred).
- 5+ years in oncology; strong payer environment knowledge (US/EU/CN/JP).
- Cross-functional leadership; strong communication/presentation.
- Ability to form hypotheses, guide analysis, solve problems with data-driven methods, and organize work in a matrix.
Preferred
- Predictive modeling/scenario analysis; experience with Navlin or similar tools.
- AI/digital tool use for insight generation/monitoring; consulting/advanced analytics/strategic market access background.
Benefits/Compensation (as stated)
- Salary range: $173,200β$272,600; eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive (if applicable).
